RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges or store credit on selected items, subject to the conditions below.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT:
Exchanges or store credit are available for items that are held in stock.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and approved, your exchange will be processed or store credit issued.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES:
Items that are made to order are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
Each made-to-order piece is produced specifically for the customer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, as this results in unnecessary production and material waste.
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
